Kingsview Partners Highlights Partner | Wealth Manager Ryan S. Birch, CFP®

Advisor Serving Clients Across Long Grove, Buffalo Grove, and the Greater Lake County Region

Kingsview Partners is pleased to spotlight Partner and Wealth Manager Ryan S. Birch, CFP®, who operates his independent advisory practice out of Long Grove and Buffalo Grove, Illinois. With more than two decades of industry experience, Ryan is known for his depth of insight, thoughtful planning approach, and unwavering commitment to client success.

Originally from Valparaiso, Indiana, Ryan earned his degree from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business, where he pursued a double major in Information Systems and Management, along with a minor in International Studies. His academic foundation — combining analytical rigor with a global outlook — laid the groundwork for a career defined by strategic thinking and client-focused innovation.

Over the past 23 years, Ryan has served clients across market cycles and life stages, with a special focus on helping families navigate key financial transitions. His practice spans retirement planning, estate strategy, college savings, insurance design, and multi-generational wealth coordination — all delivered through a “small family office” model that centralizes and simplifies complex financial lives.

Ryan takes pride in acting as a financial quarterback, aligning investments, risk strategies, tax planning, and legacy goals into a cohesive framework. “It’s easy to overlook how one decision in isolation can create ripple effects elsewhere,” Ryan explains. “My role is to ensure everything works together — and to help clients avoid the costly missteps that can derail long-term progress.”

That mindset extends beyond client portfolios. In addition to building a successful practice, Ryan has played an instrumental role in advisor development throughout Lake County, mentoring dozens of new professionals and leading acquisition and growth initiatives that have expanded Kingsview’s regional presence.

Away from the office, Ryan is a devoted husband and father. He and his wife, Christine, enjoy an active life with their two children, Ellie and Henry — whether golfing together, skiing in the winter, or waterskiing during Chicago’s brief but beautiful summers. A history and business enthusiast, Ryan is also deeply involved in his community, lending time and energy to charitable causes and service through the local Rotary Club.

“Ryan brings a rare blend of technical acumen, leadership, and relational depth,” says Kingsview Chairman & CEO, Josh Lewis. “He embodies the kind of trusted, forward-thinking guidance that makes a lasting impact on families — and on the advisory profession as a whole.”

Ryan Birch serves clients from Kingsview’s Long Grove / Buffalo Grove offices and can be reached by calling (847) 999-3444 or through the Kingsview website.

Kingsview Partners Highlights Partner | Wealth Manager Doug Cellini, CFP®

Advisor Serving Clients Across the Great Lakes Bay Region from Midland, Michigan

Kingsview Partners is proud to welcome Partner and Wealth Manager Doug Cellini, CFP®, who operates his independent practice from Midland, Michigan, serving families and professionals across the Great Lakes Bay Region.

Doug’s path to wealth management began in the classroom. After graduating from Central Michigan University in 2012, he moved to Midland and started his career as a local high school science teacher and coach. That educator’s mindset continues to shape his advisory style today — simplifying complex concepts, meeting clients where they are, and guiding them with the patience of a teacher and the heart of a coach.

His transition into financial services came after experiencing poor advice himself, an event that inspired his commitment to ensuring others never feel left in the dark. Doug is known for his ability to connect deeply with clients, listen carefully, and craft strategies that feel both accessible and empowering.

Rooted in his Christian faith, Doug sees his mission as more than numbers and portfolios. He works to help families, professionals, and business owners make confident, values-aligned decisions about their money, their futures, and their legacies.

“I see my role as both an advisor and a teacher — helping clients understand their options, make informed decisions, and move forward with clarity and confidence,” Doug shares.

Outside the office, Doug and his wife, Tracy, are busy raising their five children: Karson, Bonnie, Julie, Audrey, and Tom. He also serves as an assistant varsity football coach, plays tennis, and enjoys summer days on the lake pulling his kids on tubes. A lifelong Detroit sports fan, Doug especially loves cheering for the Lions.

“Doug brings an educator’s heart and a servant-minded approach to wealth management,” says Kingsview Chairman & CEO, Josh Lewis. “That combination of technical skill, personal connection, and values-based guidance makes him a strong fit for Kingsview.”

Doug Cellini serves clients from Kingsview’s Midland, Michigan, office and can be reached by calling (989) 214-4444 or through the Kingsview website.
