Melissa serves as Vice President of Strategic Business Development for Kingsview Partners, focusing on enhancing the Kingsview Trust & Insurance (KTI) brand through market analysis and innovative business strategies. With over 25 years of industry experience, a degree in Business Administration from Columbia College, and a Certified Wealth Strategist® certification, she collaborates with wealth managers and the Kingsview Advisor Strategy team to develop effective business development strategies, focused wealth management solutions and impactful marketing programs. Melissa’s team-focused approach emphasizes holistic client service, leveraging shared expertise to drive revenue, gain operational efficiencies, structure organizational development and target excellent relationship building outcomes.

Misty is the Chief Operations Officer for Kingsview Partners.  As the COO, Misty’s chief mandate is to ensure the operational integrity of Kingsview and all the firm’s subsidiary businesses. This requires her to be proficient in nearly every aspect of the firm’s activities and partner with department heads and the firm’s wealth managers to improve operational workflows and enhance end user experience.

Misty comes to Kingsview Partners with over 28 years of experience in the business world. She has spent her career in multiple financial services, including accounting, mortgage, investment and insurance, with the last ten years in an executive capacity. Misty’s knowledge of the public and corporate accounting arenas, along with her Accounting and Total Quality Management degrees, serve as the foundation for her business management expertise.

With nearly a decade of specialized experience, Andrew Gosney serves as the Vice President of KGRP (Kingsview Group Retirement Plans). His duties revolve around empowering advisors and ensuring the effective management of their retirement business portfolios.

Andrew brings a deep understanding of financial principles and regulatory frameworks to his role. He has extensive experience working with retirement plans of all sizes, ranging from large Union Pension Plans to small business 401(k) arrangements. This background, in combination with his degree in Finance from the University of Oklahoma, means he is adept at identifying cost-effective solutions and ensuring that clients’ best interests are always at the forefront of decision-making.

Tim is Kingsview Partners’ Vice President of Financial Planning. His primary role is to develop and execute initiatives that enhance the financial planning resources, guidance, and infrastructure used by our branches in serving their clients. He also works closely with Kingsview Wealth Managers, consulting on complex case design, discussing advanced planning strategies, and helping maximize their planning technology’s value.

Tim has built and implemented comprehensive strategies for high-net-worth families, business owners, and corporate executives throughout his career. This experience provides a deep understanding of the strategies, technologies, and relationship dynamics Kingsview Wealth Managers encounter in their practices.

Jake Bauer is the Vice President of Advisor Strategy for Kingsview Partners. His primary role is to support Kingsview advisors and assist them to become the advisor they always envisioned. He also serves on the Kingsview Investment Management Investment Committee, helping advisors to implement KIM strategies, and provide the best advisory experience.

Jake graduated from Indiana University’s prestigious Kelley School of Business in 2019 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and International Business.  In addition, he was accepted into the Hutton Honors College and awarded Distinction for his work in his major.
